About Us

We are a new speaking and booking agency representing top speakers and thought leaders in leadership, customer experience, and organizational culture. Our founder, Marc Haine, is a professional speaker, author, and podcast host who helps organizations create world-class customer and employee experiences.

We are now expanding our outreach efforts to connect with more event planners, associations, corporations, and bureaus across North America. To do that, we need a dedicated, relationship-focused Outreach Specialist who can help us open doors and book discovery calls.

The Role

This is not a high-pressure sales role. Your job is to:
• Make initial warm, professional cold calls to event planners, bureaus, and associations.
• Leave friendly, engaging voicemails if needed.
• Send personalized follow-up emails after each call.
• Keep records of outreach activities in a CRM or simple tracking sheet.
• Schedule qualified discovery calls for Marc with interested prospects.

Think of yourself as the “friendly first hello” — your job is to spark curiosity and open the door, not to do the hard sell.

Responsibilities
• 40–50 cold calls per week (to qualified contacts provided).
• 40–50 matching follow-up emails per week.
• Maintain consistent follow-up cadence until decision (yes/no).
• Accurately log all activities and results.
• Weekly reporting on calls made, emails sent, and meetings booked.

What We’re Looking For
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken + written).
• Comfortable speaking on the phone with North American professionals.
• Warm, engaging personality — you can build rapport quickly.
• Organized and detail-oriented — you keep good records.
• Coachable — willing to use scripts, playbooks, and feedback to improve.
• Reliable internet and quiet environment for calls.

Bonus if you have experience with:
• Customer service or hospitality (you know how to make people feel heard).
• Cold calling / appointment setting.
• CRM tools (Zoho One).
