We're on the hunt for a creative and reliable Video Editor who can turn raw footage into scroll-stopping Instagram Reels and polished podcast episodes. (25 - 30 hours per week)

What You’ll Do:
Edit short-form video content into engaging, high-retention Instagram Reels (20 - 90 seconds)
Create visually dynamic edits using captions, transitions, sound effects, music, and jump cuts
Edit full-length podcast episodes (audio and/or video) into clean, professional content ready for upload
Repurpose podcast content into short clips for social media
Organize and manage media files efficiently

You’re a Good Fit If You:
Have a sharp eye for storytelling, pacing, and what performs well on IG Reels
Know how to cut out the fluff and keep attention on screen
Can match brand style, tone, and voice consistently
Communicate well and can meet deadlines without being micromanaged

Nice to Have:
Familiarity with Canva for creating simple graphics, thumbnails, or reel covers
Comfortable using Google Drive to access and organize shared content
Experience growing Instagram followers and/or Youtube subscribers
