We are building a large database of official municipal contact emails for Europe.

We need a small team (2–3 people) with one coordinator/contact person to manage and deliver the project.

???? Task

Collect official contact emails for approx. 80,000 municipalities/cities across 44 European countries.

-You will receive either a list of city names (Word/Excel),

-Or a website directory of municipalities.

No personal Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, or hosting/webmaster emails.

1. One team coordinator (main contact person) to communicate in English and deliver files.

2. Accuracy and attention to detail (we check samples each week).

3. Internet research and Excel/CSV skills.

4. Deliver on schedule: ~8,000 contacts per week across the team.

5. Report progress weekly.

???? Payment

1. Milestones per 2,000 verified contacts.

2. Rate: $50–55 per 2,000.

3. Total budget for 80,000 = ~$2,000–2,200 USD.

4. Lowest bidders with proven accuracy will be prioritized.

5. Bonus Future Work: After successful delivery of Europe, the project will extend to Americas, Asia, and Africa (~160,000 additional municipalities) under a new agreement.

Project duration: 10 weeks.

Target pace: ~10,000 contacts per week until 80,000 are reached.
