Job Description

As a Lead Generation Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing lead funnels for Paradise Gym, with a strong focus on:
• Facebook Marketplace Outreach – posting ads, responding to inquiries, and booking qualified leads into gym tours or calls.
• Google Lead Generation – assisting with ad management, keyword targeting, and ensuring qualified traffic converts into strong leads.
• CRM & Follow-Up – managing conversations, nurturing prospects, and making sure no opportunity is missed.
• Data Tracking & Reporting – keeping weekly reports of leads generated, conversion rates, and key campaign metrics.

This role requires someone detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to take ownership of the lead pipeline.
