Location: Remote
Hours: Monday - Friday ; 8:45am – 4:45pm Central Standard Time
Pay: “On Target Earnings” is $1,400 per month.

Position Overview:
This role is the heart of the company - pumping the blood of our business (leads).
You will be responsible for talking with property owners to explore their interest in selling their properties.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, positive, coachable, and a dynamic communicator capable of building rapport and navigating conversation by applying your own personal touch to our call scripts and templates.

What you’ll be doing in this position on the team:
1. Outbound cold calling to prospects using the dialer, software, and scripts we provide.
2. Utilize scripts to guide conversations and adjust them to your personal style while maintaining our company’s values.
3. Complete forms and take clear notes to provide detailed information to the team.
4. Categorize leads based upon information gathered during the call, assign a status to the lead and manage the CRM database accordingly.
5. Set appointments for our property specialists to discuss the potential sale of the property with the owners contacted.
6. Meet and exceed monthly targets for calls made and appointments set.
7. Provide exceptional service and maintain professionalism in all interactions.

- Compute or Laptop and High Speed Internet

- Basic computer knowledge

Preferences (but not necessarily required):
- Cold calling experience
- Sales experience
- Land knowledge and experience
