Personal Assistant / Product Research VA

Compensation: $2.00 – $3.00 per hour (starting rate, with opportunities for raises and bonuses based on performance)

About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team as a Product Research & Personal Assistant VA. This role requires someone who is comfortable with repetitive tasks, managing data, and helping organize day-to-day operations.
You will be responsible for researching profitable products, organizing data into spreadsheets, and assisting with administrative tasks that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
    •    Conduct product research based on provided criteria
    •    Organize and analyze data in Excel/Google Sheets
    •    Create detailed and accurate reports for management
    •    Assist with personal and business-related administrative tasks
    •    Follow step-by-step processes with precision
    •    Communicate updates daily through Slack/Skype/other messaging platforms

Required Skills
    •    Strong Excel/Google Sheets knowledge (formulas, sorting, formatting)
    •    Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
    •    Reliable, consistent internet connection
    •    Good written and verbal communication skills
    •    Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    •    Coachable and eager to learn new systems/tools

Preferred (Not Required)
    •    Previous VA or product research experience
    •    Experience with data entry or research-based roles

Compensation & Benefits
    •    Pay: $2.50 – $3.00 per hour (depending on experience)
    •    Weekly payments via PayPal, Wise, or other agreed method
