We are expanding and seeking a highly skilled Virtual Insurance Account Manager to support our U.S.-based operations.

Key Responsibilities

Handle client servicing for personal and/or commercial insurance accounts.
Provide accurate and timely insurance quotes by utilizing both rating systems and carrier websites.
Support account managers and producers by preparing renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy documentation.
Communicate with U.S. clients and carriers in fluent, professional English (spoken and written).
Ensure compliance, accuracy, and confidentiality in all transactions.

Required Qualifications
? Insurance Experience: Minimum 2+ years working with U.S. insurance policies (personal or commercial lines).
? English Proficiency: Must speak and write English at a mastery level.
? ID Proof Score: 90+ (as verified by OnlineJobs.ph or equivalent platform).
? IQ Score: Extremely high; ability to learn quickly, analyze, and problem-solve independently.
? Technical Experience: Hands-on experience quoting insurance in raters (e.g., PL Rater, TurboRater, EZLynx, etc.) and directly in carrier websites.
? Strong organizational skills and ability to work across multiple systems and deadlines.
