About the Role
Behind every successful campaign is a high-quality contact list and that’s where you come in. As our List Building Specialist, you’ll be responsible for researching, validating, and maintaining prospect lists that directly power our outbound campaigns.

This is not a data-entry role. We’re looking for someone highly technical and AI-savvy, who can combine deep research with hands-on use of AI and automation tools to ensure accuracy and scale. You’ll also manage enrichment workflows, set up API integrations in Clay, and distribute finalized lists to our BDRs. Your work is a critical driver of both campaign efficiency and client success.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect Research: Build targeted prospect lists aligned with each client’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- AI-Powered Validation: Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Llama, Perplexity) to check whether contacts and companies meet ICP -requirements through prompt-based validation.
- Technical Integrations: Set up and manage API connections within Clay and other enrichment platforms to expand data coverage.
- Database Management: Maintain and update contact databases in Supabase and HubSpot, ensuring accuracy, deduplication, and clean record-keeping.
- List Distribution: Manage and distribute finalized contact lists to the BDR team for campaign execution.
- Enrichment Ownership: Run and manage phone/email enrichment workflows using tools such as Forager, Prospeo, ContactOut, and IcyPeas to ensure maximum data accuracy.
- ICP Alignment: Work closely with Account Managers to refine targeting criteria and ensure list quality supports campaign goals.
- Quality Control: Verify accuracy, eliminate duplicates, and ensure lists meet agency standards.
- Problem Solving: Learn new tools quickly and troubleshoot technical issues independently.

What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in an admin role, list building, lead research, or data enrichment (B2B sales/lead gen experience preferred).
- Strong technical ability — able to set up API integrations and troubleshoot workflows in tools like Clay.
- Highly interested with AI tools and eager to adopt new AI-driven workflows.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools.
- Proficiency in managing and maintaining databases in Supabase and HubSpot.
- Strong spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets, Excel).
- Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Quick learner, independent, and resourceful. Able to deliver without heavy oversight.
- Previous experience with enrichment tools is highly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
- USD 1,000 to 1,200 starting monthly compensation depending on proven experience.
