Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Retention & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist with a strong background in DTC e-commerce. Your mission will be to unlock more value from our existing customer base through effective
You will work closely with our founder and suppliers to identify opportunities for recurring revenue, such as subscription-based products, upsells, and cross-sells.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute retention strategies across
Build flows and campaigns that drive repeat purchases and customer loyalty.
Optimize customer journeys for higher lifetime value (LTV).
Collaborate with our supplier network to set up monthly subscription offers and new product rollouts.
Analyze performance and continuously improve based on data-driven insights.
Requirements
Proven experience in DTC e-commerce (preferably 2+ years).
Strong track record in
Understanding of customer retention, loyalty programs, and lifecycle marketing.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Compensation
