Graphic Designer (Part-Time, Branding Focus)

About the Role

We’re a boutique branding studio based in the Netherlands, working across identity, brand systems, and design execution. We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with a strong foundation in branding — someone who knows how to bring structure, clarity, and consistency to visual work.

This is a part-time remote position (3 fixed days/week), with the potential to grow into a full-time role if the collaboration is a good fit. You’ll work on both client-facing and internal brand projects, with a focus on building, applying, and maintaining brand assets and systems.

You’ll work both independently and in close collaboration with our creative team, contributing to design work that scales with quality.

What You’ll Do
• Apply and expand brand systems across print and digital formats
• Design structured layouts, brand templates, presentation decks, and internal documents
• Create and maintain design toolkits, visual guidelines, and reusable components
• Contribute to internal systems: template libraries, asset packs, documentation visuals
• Maintain clarity, consistency, and structure across all design outputs
• Use Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma as daily tools
• Collaborate with a small team across design, operations, and content

What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design with a focus on branding
• Strong ability to build and apply visual systems
• Experience designing structured assets (e.g., decks, templates, guidelines, toolkits)
• A clean and professional portfolio showing structured multi-format brand work
• Proficiency in Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma
• Clear file structure, versioning habits, and organized workflows
• Excellent English communication skills (C1/C2 level)
• Able to work remotely and independently with accountability
• Available 3 fixed days/week (6–8 hours/day) within Netherlands time zone (CET)

Nice to Have
• Experience with Shopify (designing assets or layout visuals)
• Basic editing skills (image, motion, or video, depending on your strengths)
• Familiarity with Webflow or no-code tools
• An interest in improving systems, templates, and production workflows

Compensation & Benefits
• Monthly salary: ?50,000 – ?65,000 PHP, depending on experience
• Final offer based on your portfolio, profile, and a short design use case test
• Option to grow into a full-time role after initial collaboration
• 13th month bonus available for long-term contributors (part-time and full-time)
