Product Development & Sourcing Coordinator (E-commerce Jewelry & Accessories)

About Us

KDrop Collective is a fast-growing live commerce jewelry and accessories brand. We create themed product capsules and collections that appeal to Gen Z and Millennial audiences on platforms like TikTok and social media. We are looking for a creative and resourceful Product Development & Sourcing Coordinator to help us plan product capsules, storyboard seasonal themes, and source quality items with low MOQs that fit our brand story.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with founder to plan capsule collections (themes, trends, and product assortments).
Create storyboards, simple mood boards, or product outlines for each capsule.
Research and source products/suppliers (primarily jewelry, fashion accessories, and small lifestyle products) that fit capsule concepts.
Negotiate with suppliers to secure low MOQs, competitive pricing, and fast turnaround.
Assist in sample management: request, track, and evaluate samples for quality and brand fit.
Maintain organized product trackers and sourcing databases.
Stay updated on TikTok trends, seasonal themes, and fashion forecasts relevant to our target audience.
Communicate progress clearly and consistently with founder.
Skills & Qualifications

Strong eye for style, trends, and product storytelling.
Experience in product sourcing, procurement, or buying (jewelry or fashion accessories preferred, but not required).
Ability to balance creativity and business sense (knowing what will sell + what fits budget/MOQ).
Excellent research skills — can find reliable suppliers on Alibaba, 1688, Faire, or other platforms.
Negotiation and communication skills for dealing with suppliers.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
Bonus: Experience with Canva, line sheets, or simple product presentations.
