About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to take the lead on our Instagram presence. This role is perfect for someone who knows how to blend strategy with creativity, and can manage both content creation and community engagement to grow and nurture our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and publish engaging Instagram content (carousels, reels, stories, etc.)
Write compelling captions, research hashtags, and optimize posts for reach and engagement
Schedule and manage all Instagram content using scheduling tools
Engage with our community by responding to comments, managing DMs, and fostering conversations
Monitor performance metrics and share insights to refine strategy
Stay updated on Instagram trends and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant
Requirements:
Proven experience managing Instagram accounts (portfolio or examples required)
Strong skills in content creation (graphic design, short-form video editing, etc.)
Excellent copywriting and storytelling abilities
Knowledge of hashtag research, Instagram algorithms, and engagement tactics
Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and adapt to feedback
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with other platforms (TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube)
Experience with AI tools
