We’re a growing real estate team looking for a creative, organized, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to manage our social media, content creation, and marketing visuals.
You’ll help us build our brand, attract new leads, and promote our listings online with high-quality visuals and engaging content.
You will:
Social Media Management
Manage and grow our social media accounts (Instagram,
Plan and schedule regular content using tools like Buffer or Later.
Respond to comments, messages, and build community engagement.
Analyze performance (reach, engagement, leads) and suggest improvements.
Content Creation & Copywriting
Write engaging captions, post descriptions, and property highlights.
Create stories, short videos, and posts that attract new followers and inquiries.
Draft newsletters, blog posts, and short promotional texts.
Adapt content tone and style to fit the brand (professional yet friendly).
Graphic Design & Video Editing
Design attractive property flyers, carousels, and social media templates.
Edit property photos and videos (reels, short clips, before/after).
Maintain a consistent and elegant visual identity across all platforms.
Collaborate with the real estate agent to showcase properties and client success stories.
Ideal Candidate
Creative mindset — loves visuals, words, and storytelling.
Organized and proactive — can plan ahead and take initiative.
Experience with Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere.
Familiar with Instagram Reels,
Strong English writing and communication skills (Portuguese or Spanish is a plus).
Interest or experience in real estate marketing is a big advantage.
Reliable internet and ability to work independently.
Available to overlap with Lisbon (Europe) time zone.
