Data Management & Automation Specialist (HubSpot Expert)

Currently, we rely heavily on spreadsheets and manual data transfers, which is time-consuming and prone to error. We need a specialist who can help us automate processes, centralize data, and create clear, accurate dashboards that provide easy visibility into key business metrics.

The Role:
As our Data Management & Automation Specialist, you will:
- Assess our current data processes and recommend improvements.
- Automate manual data transfers between spreadsheets, Hubspot, and other platforms.
- Evaluate and configure dashboards in Klipfolio (or recommend more cost-effective, user-friendly alternatives).
- Ensure data accuracy, clarity, and accessibility across the organization.
- Update and maintain Klipfolio scoreboards and fix existing scoreboard issues.
- Support task management in ClickUp where needed, ensuring alignment with team priorities.

This position will start as a project-based engagement, with the possibility of extension depending on performance and organizational needs.

Who You Are:

- Strong background in spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and data automation.
- Experienced in Klipfolio or other dashboard/BI tools.
- Familiar with HubSpot CRM and integrations.
- Comfortable with task management systems like ClickUp.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and usability.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and deliver results on time.
