Virtual Assistant – Lead Generation & Outreach (Wellness & Resilience Training)

I’m looking for an experience and reliable Virtual Assistant to help me connect with companies, schools, healthcare groups, and city organizations that may benefit from resilience and wellness training programs.

Your tasks will include:
Researching and identifying the right decision-makers (HR Directors, Training Coordinators, Wellness Managers, School Principals, etc.).
Building a contact list with name, role, email, phone number, and organization.
Sending introductory outreach emails using my templates.
Tracking responses in a simple spreadsheet (Google Sheets/Excel).

Requirements
Strong written English (emails must be professional and clear).
Experience with lead generation, LinkedIn/email outreach, and contact research.
Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.
Detail-oriented — accuracy matters when finding the right people.

Hours & Pay
Part-time: 5–10 hours per week to start.
Pay: $6–$8/hr depending on experience (negotiable).
Long-term potential if the first month goes well.
