GHL & Automation VA (GoHighLevel + n8n) – Funnel Builder & Workflow Pro

We are a US-based short-term rental management company looking for a skilled virtual assistant who can build and improve automation systems using Go High Level (GHL) and n8n.

This is a technical role focused on system building, workflow creation, and logic-based automation. You will help us automate guest communications, data collection, rebooking funnels, and team notifications using tools like GHL, n8n, Notion, and Slack. You do not need to be a designer or content writer. This role is for someone who enjoys solving technical problems and building repeatable systems.

We already have basic frameworks built. Your job is to build them out, improve them, and suggest new ways we can automate and scale our business.

Responsibilities include:

-Build and maintain funnels, campaigns, and workflows inside Go High Level
-Create guest QR-code capture flows and rebooking automations
-Deploy and maintain n8n on Hostinger or similar platforms
-Connect platforms using webhooks, triggers, or APIs
-Troubleshoot and debug automation errors
-Document processes clearly so our VA team can follow them
-Suggest new automation ideas for operations, reporting, and guest experience

You must have:

-Real experience with Go High Level automations and funnels
-Working knowledge of n8n or similar tools (Zapier, Make, etc)
-Ability to structure logic flows and troubleshoot errors
-A good internet connection
-Ability to record short videos using Loom or Google Drive

Bonus if you have:

-Experience hosting n8n on Hostinger or VPS
-Familiarity with Notion, Slack, and ChatGPT
-Experience with short-term rentals or e-commerce funnels

Work Setup:

-Project-based to start, with the potential to grow into an ongoing role. I have several friends who are also hosts, using the same tools and would be looking for the same work.
-Flexible hours, but must be reliable during agreed windows to meet with members of our team
-Starting rate: $4 to $6 per hour depending on experience
