About Us
We are a fast-growing short-term rental company that has designed and renovated over 300+ properties. Our focus is on creating beautifully designed, high-performing Airbnb spaces that maximize guest experience and revenue. We’re looking for a talented Interior Designer who knows how to bring personality, functionality, and marketability to every space with scroll stopping designs that don’t break the bank.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Design High-Impact Spaces – Create unique, guest-friendly interiors that align with our brand and maximize occupancy.
3D Mapping & Virtual Tours – Use Matterport to scan and present spaces virtually.
Concept Development – Utilize SPOAK or similar platforms to create design concepts, mood boards, and layouts.
Procurement & Sourcing – Leverage trade accounts to source high-quality furnishings and décor at competitive prices.
Marketing & Branding – Use Canva and other tools to create design presentations and guest-facing marketing materials.
Project Management – Oversee installations, manage timelines, and coordinate with contractors and vendors.



WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Speed & Communication – Ability to work independently, meet fast deadlines and knock out projects in 3 days or less with crystal clear direction, communication and you’re also a SLACK SUPERSTAR

Experience in STR Design – You’ve designed for short-term rentals and understand what works for guest stays. You love to work outside the box and bold, beautiful colors don’t scare you.

You design for the Guest, not for You – Scroll stopping design in the STR industry means designing spaces for our avatar, the ideal guest. Sometimes, this is against your very own design feel and you should be OK with that.

Proficiency with Design Tools – Strong skills in Matterport, SPOAK, Canva, and trade accounts for sourcing.

Creative & Detail-Oriented – Ability to create stylish, durable, and functional spaces that stand out in listings.

Budget & ROI Focused – You know how to design within a budget while optimizing for higher nightly rates.

Strong Project Management – Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects at once.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with property staging and styling
Knowledge of Airbnb trends and guest expectations
You’ve done this before extensively and already know your way around airbnb designs
Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software (bonus)
