The Role

We’re seeking a hands-on Director of Professional Services to lead our project delivery organization. You’ll own outcomes end-to-end—scoping, resourcing, execution, communication, quality, and financials—while coaching a distributed team to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of IT professional services projects, including networking installations, structured cabling, ProAV solutions, and managed services.
• Align on-site and remote technical resources to meet milestones and maintain critical timelines.
• Serve as the primary client contact, providing regular updates and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Optimize team performance and project efficiency through strong leadership and proven IT service methodologies.
• Oversee project budgets and timelines to achieve financial and operational goals.
• Develop and implement project plans that deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a project management role within IT professional services or a related technical field.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proven experience managing remote/distributed teams and projects.
• Deep technical understanding of at least one: Networking, Data Center, Security, or Cloud.
• Demonstrated success leading complex projects from inception to completion with a focus on client satisfaction and quality outcomes.
• Self-starter with problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
