Real Estate Marketing & Campaign Assistant (Philippines – Long-Term Potential)

We are JWB Properties, a U.S.-based rental property investment company focused on acquiring single-family and multi-family rentals, and flips. We’re looking for a creative and tech-savvy virtual assistant with experience in direct mail campaigns, graphic design, CRM setup/management, and real estate marketing.

This is an exciting role for someone who wants to grow with our company and become a key part of our acquisitions team.

Responsibilities:
Design and manage direct mail campaigns to motivated sellers (we provide lists).

Create compelling postcards and marketing collateral (graphic design + copy drafts).

Set up and maintain our CRM system to track leads and campaigns.

Assist with website setup and updates (WordPress preferred; working with external designer possible).

Support various marketing and campaign management tasks as needed.

Requirements:
Strong English writing & communication skills.

Prior experience with real estate marketing in the U.S. preferred.

Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar).

CRM experience (setup and management).

Basic website/WordPress knowledge.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

Compensation:
$7.50/hour to start (10 hours per week).

Bonus and commission opportunities based on campaign performance and task quality.
