Job Description

We’re hiring a full-time Video Editor to transform UGC, affiliate, studio, and visual assets into feed-ready and ad-ready creatives. You’ll bring campaign concepts to life with engaging, high-performing video ads tailored for TikTok, Meta, and Amazon.

This is not an entry-level role. We’re looking for someone who identifies as a creative — someone with strong intuition, the ability to think freely, and the discipline to follow instructions and systems. You should be capable of balancing speed and volume with creativity, producing polished assets at scale without sacrificing quality.

As part of our creative team, you’ll work closely with the Creative Operations Lead, Creative Strategist, and Graphic Designer. You’ll be expected to switch contexts quickly, batch projects for efficiency, and refine workflows over time to improve output speed and consistency.

This is a long-term role with growth opportunities as our creative function expands.

Detailed Responsibilities

Your daily responsibilities would include:

-Edit and produce feed and ad-ready videos from a variety of sources (UGC, customer, affiliate, in-house, or studio content)
-Follow SOPs for editing, exporting, and formatting videos across platforms
-Balance creative decision-making with the need for speed and output volume
-Batch editing tasks and context switch across multiple projects efficiently
-Use creative judgment to enhance pacing, flow, and storytelling while applying direct response marketing principles where needed
-Incorporate motion graphics, sound design, and text overlays as required
-Collaborate with the Creative Operations Lead, Creative Strategist, and Graphic Designer to align on campaign goals
-Maintain an organized library of projects, exports, and reusable templates
-Refine workflows with each iteration to reduce turnaround time and revisions
-Maintain an open feedback loop to innovate and improve team workflows
-Uphold strong organizational systems to ensure no tasks, assets, or deadlines slip through the cracks
Skills & Requirements
We’re looking for someone who is:

-Experienced with editing software such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve
-Skilled at working fast and producing at volume without sacrificing accuracy
-A creative thinker who knows when to apply craft to maximize performance impact
-Strongly familiar with short-form video best practices across TikTok, Meta, and Amazon
-Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to follow evolving systems and workflows
-Capable of working independently while thriving in a collaborative, feedback-driven team

Key Outcomes / Success Metrics

-Video assets consistently meet platform specifications and SOP standards
-Turnaround times are achieved at scale without compromising quality
-Minimal revisions are needed due to strong first-draft execution
-Editing speed and efficiency improve over time through iterative refinement
-Ads contribute directly to stronger campaign performance (engagement, conversions, ROAS)
Work Schedule and Compensation

-Full-time role, approximately 40 hours per week
-Negotiable monthly rate depending on experience and portfolio strength
