Awesome Virtual Assistant Required! (Ecommerce CSR)

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and customer support to our team while working remotely. This is a full-time role (40 hours/week), and you must be available to work during our business hours (UK Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm).

As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks including handling customer support across multiple channels and processing orders through our eCommerce platform. A strong internet connection, excellent communication skills, and previous customer service experience are essential for this role.

Virtual Assistant (Remote - UK Hours)
Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week | Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm UK Timezone

Key Responsibilities
Respond to live chat enquiries
Answer and manage customer phone calls
Reply to customer emails professionally and promptly
Process customer orders and handle related admin tasks
Support the team with additional administrative duties as required


Required Experience & Skills
5+ years of experience in a similar customer support or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) role
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)

Competent with data entry and admin tasks
