We are a small growing Real Estate Investment company and we are looking for someone to add to our company to help us grow! Candidate needs to be able to research and create unique blog content based on real estate topics and post/schedule to get consistent blog posts on our core website/social media platforms. Blogs need to be easily readable for American audiences with good grammar. Attention to detail is of the utmost importance. Sample blogs submitted with application will get additional consideration. Commitment is for 3 hrs/week on your schedule. If a good fit is found, there is opportunity for job expansion including additional website and social media support, marketing including social media/craigslist, lead generation and lead call support.
Skills:
Proficient in Drafting and scheduling posts in WordPress, uploading media, etc.
Familiar SEO and blogging best practices
Strong command of the English language (written and verbal)
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint and have these programs installed on your computer
