Arlington Home Cleaning is hiring a reliable VA to answer calls and texts, qualify leads, and book cleanings. You will follow simple scripts, update BookingKoala, and keep clients informed. Training and SOPs provided.

Core duties

Answer inbound calls and texts in OpenPhone. Introduce Arlington Home Cleaning and follow the intake script

Qualify leads, gather service details, and create or update quotes in BookingKoala

Send follow up SMS and email templates with booking links. Collect card on file. Confirm date and time

Monitor Google Business Profile messages and Facebook or Instagram DMs. Respond using saved replies

Update the lead tracker in Google Sheets. Label leads by source and status. Note outcomes

Escalate refunds, schedule changes, or complaints to the owner
