Who You Are
• You’ve written high-performing ad copy (2+ years professional experience strongly preferred).
• You know how to craft a hook that makes people stop in 3 seconds flat.
• You’re a creative thinker who hates playing safe.
• Comfortable using AI tools for research, brainstorming, and speeding up iteration — but you rely on your own creativity and judgment to deliver world-class copy.
• You care about results as much as words — data-driven creativity.
• Available full-time (preferred) — part-time possible if it’s the right fit.
