Customer Support Specialist (Shopify Ecommerce)

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Virtual Assistant. This role will focus on handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth post-purchase experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer emails and messages via Shopify, Gmail, and/or social media

Process returns, refunds, and order updates

Track shipments and assist with delivery issues

Escalate concerns to the team when needed

Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional tone in all interactions

Help with other admin tasks as needed

Requirements:

Experience with customer support

Excellent written English and communication skills

Familiarity with Shopify and Gmail is a plus

Ability to work independently and manage time well

Reliable internet connection
