Compass Health Brands is looking for n energetic and highly engaged Social Media Freelancer based in the Philippines to help us build a strong, authentic brand presence within the thriving pickleball community.

Your mission will be to significantly increase brand awareness for Picklebalm—the ultimate solution for pickleball-related aches and pains—by genuinely engaging with the community and creating content that resonates with players, coaches, and fans.

The goal is to position Picklebalm as the definitive, go-to solution for pickleball-related recovery, aches, and pains through authentic, helpful engagement and compelling content creation

Key Responsibilities will include daily community engagement (10-15 pickleball related posts daily), creative content creation & posting (3-5 original pieces of content per week across platforms), strategic resharing, hashtag & trend monitoring, tournament & event engagement, real-time response management, weekly performance summary (provide a brief, actionable weekly report detailing key engagement metrics, follower growth, notable interactions, and strategic opportunities for the following week..
