Airtable & Softr Developer for Borrower Portal Build

LendSimpli is a lending company based in Tampa, dedicated to providing real estate investors with competitive financing solutions and a personalized lending experience. We currently operate our loan management system through Airtable, and we’re looking to enhance our borrower experience by building a secure, intuitive borrower-facing portal.

Project Scope

We’re seeking an experienced developer who can:

Leverage our existing Airtable loan operating system as the backend.
Build a frontend borrower portal using Softr, Noloco, Stacker, Glide, or a similar no-code/low-code tool.
Create user-friendly dashboards where borrowers can:
- Log in securely
- View loan details, balances, and payment schedules
- Upload documents and complete forms
- Track the status of loan applications
Ensure smooth two-way data sync between the portal and Airtable.
Implement proper role-based access control (borrowers vs. internal team).
Provide recommendations for scalability and automation improvements.


Ideal Candidate

Strong experience with Airtable customization and database design
Hands-on experience with Softr, Noloco, Stacker, Glide, or similar platforms
Understanding of secure authentication and user management
BacKground in fintech, lending, or loan servicing platforms (preferred but not required)
Ability to think creatively about UI/UX for borrower-facing tools

Deliverables

Fully functional borrower portal connected to Airtable
Documentation for future maintenance
Training session for our internal team on managing the portal

Engagement Details

Project-based contract (with potential for ongoing work)
Flexible start date (ASAP preferred)
