Part-Time SEO & Blog Optimization Specialist (Wix + MSP-Focused)

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented SEO & Content VA to help us improve our Wix website and optimize our blog library. We have 300–350 blogs that need to be reviewed, optimized, formatted, and improved for SEO.

This role is part-time (about 40 hours per month) with the opportunity to grow as we expand.

Responsibilities
Review, edit, and optimize existing blogs for SEO (approx. 2 hours per blog).
Use tools like Koala.ai and ---------- to improve and rewrite blog content where needed.
Perform keyword research using Google Search Console and Ubersuggest.
Optimize blogs with proper headings, metadata, alt text, schema markup, and internal linking.
Format content with images, graphics, and calls to action (using Canva and royalty-free images).
Publish updated blogs directly in Wix.
Follow our current blog structure and brand voice (MSP-focused, casual, professional English).
Suggest improvements to blog structure or workflow if needed.
Provide weekly updates on blogs optimized with links and a summary of improvements.

Requirements
Experience with on-page SEO and content optimization.
Familiarity with Google Search Console (required).
Experience using Ubersuggest or similar keyword tools.
Comfortable using Wix CMS to edit and publish blogs.
Skilled in Canva or able to source royalty-free images.
Strong English writing and editing skills.
Able to follow brand tone and write in a casual but professional MSP-focused voice.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.

Nice-to-Haves
Experience with ---------- and Koala.ai (training can be provided).
Basic understanding of SEO reporting and tracking.

Compensation & Workload
Part-time: ~40 hours per month.
Rate: $5/hour.
