JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an experienced Customer Support VA who can handle customer tickets smoothly and independently for our Shopify supplement stores. You’ll have clear flows to follow, but the role requires someone who can also adapt, solve problems fast, and use tools effectively (Shopify, Zendesk, Seal Subscriptions, 17Track, even AI when needed).

Responsibilities:

Answer 40–50 tickets per hour using provided flows/macros

Manage subscriptions (pause, cancel, skip, edits) in Seal Subscriptions

Track and update orders through Shopify + 17Track

Handle refund/cancel cases following SOP

Escalate chargebacks, legal threats, or unusual tickets

Keep inbox tidy and solved each day

Requirements:

Proven Shopify + Zendesk experience (must)

Past experience managing subscriptions and tracking orders

Strong written English + fast typing speed

Independent problem-solving (can find answers, not just ask)

Reliable internet (screenshot required)

Available during US business hours

Comfortable with 70–100 tickets/day minimum

Schedule & Pay:

Trial: 1 hour per day (7 hrs/week) at $5/hr = $35/week

Long-term position with growth opportunity if consistent
