We’re hiring an experienced Customer Support VA to assist with customer tickets for our Shopify supplement stores. This role is best for someone who is already confident with Zendesk + Shopify and can work fast while following set flows.
Responsibilities:
Reply to 40–50 tickets per hour using provided macros
Manage subscriptions in Seal Subscriptions (pause, cancel, edit)
Track orders using Shopify + 17Track
Handle refund/cancel requests following SOP
Escalate unusual cases, chargebacks, or legal threats properly
Keep the inbox tidy and solved each day
Requirements:
Proven Shopify + Zendesk experience (must)
Strong written English + fast typing
Able to follow flows while working independently
Reliable internet connection (screenshot required)
Available during US business hours
Comfortable handling 70–100 tickets per day
Schedule & Pay:
Trial: 1 hour per day (7 hrs/week) at $5/hr = $35/week
Long-term position if consistent
