We are seeking a Marketing Director to lead all company marketing functions. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of corporate marketing experience and will have proven track record as a Marketing leader.
Your new role involves the conceptualization, development and implementation of strategic marketing plans.
As a Marketing Director you will be:
* Reporting directly to the President
* Creating promotional and technical literature to support company projects and marketing campaigns
* Plan, develop and assist in company participation in expos, trade shows and other marketing events
* Plan, develop, implement and maintain social media marketing, ad campaigns and other promotional campaigns
* Develop strong working relationship with the rest of the team and take leadership and ownership of any marketing needs they may have.
* Build relations with relevant external companies/contractors.
* identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them.
* Perform other tasks as requested by the President
Necessary Skills:
Computer graphics for designing/creating sales/marketing literature/materials. (Adobe Photoshop etc.)
Knowledge and experience on HTML, CSS and Wordpress
Good English language skills, ability to write promotional materials and news/marketing copy.
Ability to implement SEO strategies,
Manage social media presence (LinkedIn. Twitter and Facebook) to promote ongoing programs.
Manage all trade show activities
Manage company websites
Selfstarter, goal and results oriented,
Hardworking.
Outgoing, aggressive, and artistic.
Must thrive under pressure.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years previous experience in a similar role preferably from the IT industry
Bachelors degree.
Wired Internet Connection
Ability to work from home.
