JOB OVERVIEW

Project Type: One-time creative project
Video Length: ~45–90 seconds
Style: Retro 60s/70s Technicolor movie trailer meets modern wedding teaser
Deadline: 1 week

We’re looking for a highly creative video editor/filmmaker to produce a cinematic trailer-style video announcing our upcoming wedding — set in the Las Vegas desert — with the look and feel of a vintage movie preview. Think: Once Upon a Time in Hollywood meets old-school 60s film trailer, with dramatic music, bold on-screen titles, and a playful twist.

The final product will be used as a digital save-the-date and shared on social media, so it needs to feel authentic, high-quality, cinematic, and unforgettable.

Tone: Starts cinematic and dramatic (“In a land far, far away…”), then builds into fun and cheeky (“Rated L for Love”).

Visual Style: Retro Technicolor 60s/70s vibe, grainy film texture, cinematic typography, vintage movie-style transitions.

Setting: Las Vegas desert and city vibes — silhouettes, neon signs, slot machines, iconic Vegas visuals.

Format: 16:9 horizontal, optimized for sharing online.

Text-Only Narrative: No dialogue or narration — the story is told through on-screen text cards, like an old-school trailer.

Moodboard Examples: Think vintage film trailer intros, classic Hollywood glam, Wes Anderson-style titles, etc.

Can suggest creative ideas to elevate the concept
