Full-Time Sales Assistant (Remote – Philippines)

At Childcare Virtual Assistants (CVA), we’re looking for a skilled Virtual Sales Assistant to join our team full-time. This role focuses on outreach, lead generation, and booking discovery calls with childcare business owners and contractors.

The ideal candidate is professional, confident, and able to represent CVA very well in first-touch conversations. You’ll be responsible for making cold calls, sending outreach emails, and following up to secure booked discovery calls. Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset are key.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Outreach & Lead Generation

*Make daily cold calls to childcare business owners and contractors using provided lead lists.

*Send targeted outreach and follow-up emails to potential clients.

*Represent CVA professionally and confidently at all times.


Pipeline Development

*Track all outreach activity (calls, emails, responses).

*Meet daily/weekly quotas for calls and emails.

*Achieve conversion goals of 2–3 booked discovery calls per week.


Collaboration & Reporting

*Work closely with the leadership team to update progress.

*Provide feedback on lead quality and outreach effectiveness.

*Suggest improvements to scripts and strategies when needed.


Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience & Expertise

*Background in sales, telemarketing, or cold outreach (B2B preferred).

*Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).

*Confident handling objections and keeping conversations professional.


Organizational & Technical Skills

*Reliable and results-driven with excellent follow-through.

*Organized in tracking outreach and managing quotas.

*Comfortable working with scripts, email templates, and basic CRM tools.


Professional Qualities

*Proactive, persuasive, and self-motivated.

*Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

*Committed to representing CVA with professionalism.


Work Environment
