JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Google Ads Manager to manage and optimize our ad campaigns on an ongoing basis. The goal is to consistently generate qualified leads while maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS). This is a long-term, part-time role for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

Set up and manage Google Search, Display, and campaigns.

Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.

Write and test compelling ad copy.

Set up and monitor conversion tracking (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or CRM tracking).

Provide weekly performance updates with insights and recommendations.

Continuously optimize campaigns (bids, keywords, ad creatives, landing pages if applicable).

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Google Ads Manager / PPC Specialist (with client examples or case studies).

Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.

Experience with A/B testing, keyword research, and ad optimization.

Analytical mindset; able to track ROI and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent English communication skills.

Compensation & Details:

Ongoing monthly role: $150–$200 USD/month (depending on experience).

Expected workload: part-time, ~5–10 hours/week.
