JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic and engaging Reddit & Social Community Manager to build, nurture, and grow our online communities while driving qualified lead generation. This role combines authentic community engagement with data-driven marketing to convert social interactions into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Community Management

Build and manage active communities across Reddit, ---------- , Facebook Groups, LinkedIn, and other relevant social platforms
Monitor, respond to, and engage with community members in a timely, authentic manner
Foster meaningful conversations that align with brand values and business objectives
Identify and engage with relevant subreddits and online communities where target audiences are active
Moderate discussions, enforce community guidelines, and maintain positive community culture

Lead Generation & Conversion

Develop and execute strategies to capture leads through organic social engagement
Create compelling content and calls-to-action that drive conversions without being overly promotional
Track and optimize lead capture mechanisms (landing pages, sign-up forms, gated content)
Qualify and segment leads generated from social channels for sales team follow-up
Implement lead nurturing campaigns through community touchpoints

Content Strategy

Create Reddit posts, comments, and social content that provides value while subtly promoting products/services
Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and product launches
Identify trending topics and conversations to participate in authentically
Create AMAs (Ask Me Anything), guides, tutorials, and educational content
Repurpose user-generated content and community insights across marketing channels

Analytics & Reporting

Track key metrics including engagement rates, lead volume, lead quality, and conversion rates
Provide regular reports on community growth, sentiment, and lead generation performance
Use data insights to refine strategies and improve ROI
Monitor brand mentions and reputation across platforms

Collaboration

Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align community efforts with business goals
Share community feedback and insights to inform product development and marketing strategies
Coordinate with content creators and influencers for collaboration opportunities

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in community management, social media marketing, or digital marketing
Proven track record of building engaged online communities and generating leads through social channels
Deep understanding of Reddit culture, etiquette, and best practices
Strong written communication skills with ability to adapt tone for different platforms and audiences
Experience with lead capture tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms
Proficiency in social media analytics and reporting tools
Understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion optimization

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing communities in [specific industry/niche]
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles
Familiarity with paid social advertising for lead generation
