B2C Lead Generation Specialist (Meta Ads + Heyflow Quizzes)

Part-time (3–4 hours/day to start, with potential to grow to full-time)

**About the Role:**
Bright Future Media is looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to manage and scale our consumer lead generation campaigns. Your main focus will be launching and optimizing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns and building interactive quiz funnels using Heyflow to drive high-quality B2C leads for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns for B2C lead generation.
- Build, test, and improve quiz funnels using Heyflow (or similar tools).
- Write compelling ad copy and select creative assets for best performance.
- Set up tracking (pixels, UTMs) and lead form/quiz integrations for smooth, GDPR-compliant data capture.
- Monitor cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, and lead quality; adjust targeting, creative, or quiz logic as needed.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly reports.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure leads meet quality and volume targets.
- Stay up-to-date with Meta Ads and quiz funnel best practices.

**Requirements:**
- 2+ years’ experience running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads for B2C lead generation.
- Experience building or managing quiz funnels (Heyflow, Typeform, Outgrow, or similar).
- Proven track record of lowering CPL and optimizing for lead quality.
- Strong copywriting and creative testing skills.
- Familiar with tracking setup (pixels, UTMs) and basic integrations (Zapier, Google Sheets, CRM).
- Knowledge of GDPR/PECR consent and privacy requirements for lead capture.
- Analytical, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Bonus: Experience with other paid channels (Google, TikTok) or advanced quiz's
- Paid weekly via bank transfer or preferred method
- Performance bonuses available for exceeding targets
