Job Title: Virtual Assistant – Email Drip Migration (Constant Contact ? Trust Driven Care)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Virtual Assistant with strong email marketing and automation experience to complete a one-time project. The task is to migrate a 4-month automated email drip campaign from Constant Contact into our CRM, Trust Driven Care. This includes transferring content, updating templates, and rebuilding automation workflows.

Responsibilities:

Transfer all email content (text, images, and videos) from Constant Contact into Trust Driven Care.

Recreate and redesign email templates inside the CRM.

Rebuild automation sequences (timing, triggers, workflow) – emails sent every 2–4 days over 4 months.

Perform testing and quality checks to ensure everything works correctly.

Deliver a polished, fully functional drip campaign ready for launch.

Qualifications:

Proven experience with Constant Contact (required). That wasn't an option to put into the skills requirements so we selected Mailchimp instead.

Background in email marketing, CRM management, and automation tools (Trust Driven Care experience is a plus but not required).

Strong attention to detail, especially in formatting, sequencing, and testing automations.

Reliable communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Project Details:

Type: One-time project (not ongoing VA role).
But could turn into that if we work well together!

Duration: 1–4 weeks (depending on speed and accuracy).

Compensation: $250 USD fixed rate.

Remote position; preference for applicants based in the Philippines.
