Instructional Designer

We're a US-based business seeking a skilled Instructional Designer to help our team transform written content into engaging, interactive courses.

What you'll do:

- Review SME content and identify opportunities for interactive elements.
- Design and build course materials with strong visual appeal.
- Handle content styling, formatting, and final proofing.
- Create engaging learning experiences from complex subject matter using tools like Genially, Parta, and Articulate Rise.

Requirements:

- C2 level English proficiency (excellent written/verbal communication)
- Strong creative and design skills
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Rise
- Comfortable working with complex topics (technology, energy, sciences, healthcare)
- Portfolio demonstrating instructional design work

Ideal candidate:

- Detail-oriented with excellent project management skills
- Collaborative approach to content development
- Experience in e-learning or course creation
