Social Media Assistant (Part-Time, Flexible Hours)

We’re looking for a Content Assistant to join our team and support with creating social media engaging posts, carousels, and simple reels, marketing content. This role is perfect for someone who has a strong foundation in both copywriting and graphic design and can manage content creation independently with minimal supervision.

What You’ll Do
Create scroll-stopping content (carousel posts, graphics, and copy) for social media and marketing campaigns
Adapt content into different formats while keeping brand consistency
Deliver clear, completed posts on time (we’ll set weekly deliverables so you have flexibility to work at your own pace)
Collaborate with me to brainstorm fresh ideas, but also take initiative to create independently

Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in content writing and design
Ability to handle both copy + graphics (we want to see both skills together)
Strong understanding of social media content marketing
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to communicate clearly

Compensation & Growth
Starting rate: 250/hr
Flexible hours (but clear deliverables required)
Bonuses + pay raise after 3 months if performance is strong
