We are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Research & Data Collection Specialist to help us identify and document referral partners and subcontracting agencies for our home care business. You will be responsible for finding the right contact person at each organization (e.g., referral coordinator, case manager, contracting manager) and collecting accurate contact details.

This role is remote and ideal for someone who has experience with online research, lead generation, and data entry.

Research a provided list of agencies and potential referral partners.

Identify the correct point of contact (decision maker for referrals or subcontracting).

Collect accurate contact information (name, title, email, phone, website, LinkedIn).

Organize findings into a spreadsheet or CRM.

Verify accuracy of all data before submission.

Provide weekly progress updates.
