You will be responsible for **calling new leads within 5 minutes**, **booking them onto our clients’ calendars**, and **managing chat conversations** inside our **Go High Level (GHL)** system.

Our clients are primarily **medical practices** (such as chiropractors, medspas, and wellness clinics) and **fitness coaches**, so professionalism and empathy on every call are essential.

* ???? **Call all new leads within 5 minutes** of receiving them (during your working hours).
* ???? **Book qualified appointments** directly into the appropriate calendars for multiple clients.
* ???? **Monitor and respond** to chat conversations inside **Go High Level (GHL)** — ensuring every lead is engaged quickly and effectively.
* ???? **Update lead notes and status** accurately within GHL.
* ? **Follow scripts and booking processes** tailored for each client.
* ???? **Report daily metrics** (calls made, appointments booked, show rate, etc.).
* ???? **Collaborate** with tea ---------- mbers to improve lead-to-booking conversion rates.

* Excellent **spoken and written English** (clear, natural, and confident).
* Prior experience in **appointment setting, customer service, or call center roles**.
* Experience with **Go High Level CRM** is a **strong advantage**.
* Comfortable making **outbound calls** and communicating with English-speaking leads.
* **Strong attention to detail** — able to manage multiple clients and calendars accurately.
* **Reliable internet**, a **quiet workspace**, and a **quality headset** are required.
* Available to work during **US business hours** (exact shift will be discussed).
