Appointment setter/VA

looking for a fluent English-speaking Virtual Assistant/Setter with a fitness background to handle lead nurturing and appointment setting. Your role will be to engage with inbound and outbound leads, qualify them, build rapport, and book them into sales calls with the Head Coach. You’ll also manage follow-ups, track lead interactions, and keep everything neat, organized, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively engage with new and existing leads via Instagram DMs, Facebook, email, and other channels.
• Qualify leads to ensure they’re a good fit for our coaching program.
• Nurture conversations with prospects in a supportive, professional, and fitness-knowledgeable manner.
• Book qualified leads into calls with the Head Coach (Calendly/Zoom or similar).
• Track and update leads in CRM/Google Sheets to ensure no opportunities are missed.
• Follow up consistently and manage multiple conversations at once with strong time management.
• Support occasional admin tasks related to client onboarding and messaging.

Requirements:
• Fluent in written and spoken English (must communicate naturally and professionally).
• Strong fitness background (personal training, coaching, or deep knowledge of fitness/nutrition).
• Previous experience in appointment setting, sales support, or customer service preferred.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
• Confident in building relationships and nurturing conversations with potential clients.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools, Google Workspace, and social platforms.
• Strong time management and reliability — must be able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have (but not required):
• Prior experience in the online fitness coaching space.
• Knowledge of social media engagement strategies.
• Familiarity with Everfit, Trainerize, or similar coaching platforms.
