Finance Assistant (Part-time, 20 hours/week) – E-commerce / Dropshipping

We are a fast-growing e-commerce company active in international dropshipping. With multiple online stores across Europe and beyond, we strive for scalability and efficiency. To strengthen our finance team, we are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Assistant.
Role Description
As a Finance Assistant, you will play a key role in the daily financial control of our operations. You will work closely with our suppliers and internal teams to ensure all financial processes run smoothly.
Your responsibilities:
Daily checks to ensure all refunds are correctly and timely processed by the supplier.
Weekly price checking to confirm that all quotes and product prices are correct.
Identify discrepancies and report them to management.
Support the finance team with administrative tasks and ad-hoc checks.

Has proven experience in finance within a dropshipping or e-commerce business (this is a must).

Can work independently and take responsibility.
Is available for at least 20 hours per week.
