About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and self-driven individual to run and grow a brand-new social media account focused on leadership and management inspiration. This role is fully hands-off for me—you will be responsible for creating, posting, and marketing content that attracts, engages, and grows an audience of leaders and managers worldwide.

What You’ll Do
• Take leadership material (quotes, hacks, principles, scripts) I provide and turn them into powerful, eye-catching AI videos (short, bold, and inspiring).
• Design content series (e.g., 7 leadership hacks in 7 days, principles for building stronger teams, etc.) that keep followers engaged and returning.
• Post and schedule content multiple times per week across the chosen platform(s).
• Develop and execute a marketing and growth strategy to build a strong following and increase engagement.
• Handle everything end-to-end: video creation, posting, hashtags, captions, engagement, and audience growth.

What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience with AI video platforms (you must already have access to and be skilled at using these tools).
• Strong background in social media management and growth strategies.
• Creativity in transforming leadership content into short, impactful, scroll-stopping videos.
• Ability to work independently and run the account without daily supervision.
• Strong grasp of marketing techniques to maximize reach and build an organic following.

Compensation & Growth
• Paid hourly to start.
• As the account grows and gains traction, there will be opportunities for performance-based rewards or even revenue/profit-sharing.
