E-commerce Virtual Assistant

We're looking for a hungry assistant that is keen to learn and grow into the role.

In this role you will be responsible for customer service across two different brands, but growing into other responsibilities as you progress.

Applicant must be fluent in english and communicate regularly via message and video call

Full scope of role:
- Customer Service
- Shopify - creating orders for lost deliveries or replacements for customers
- Canva/Figma Graphic design
- Klaviyo Email design and scheduling
- Uploading of ads to Meta platform (not creating, just uploading)
- Adhoc duties

Training will be provided for activities you're not currently skilled in, but customer service experience is a must.
