Role Description

Nerife is seeking a full-time remote Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting appointments with potential clients through cold calling and email outreach, as well as managing the team’s inbox to ensure timely responses and follow-ups. You will engage prospects, understand their needs, and communicate Nerife’s services clearly to drive lead generation and sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to potential clients and set appointments
* Send outreach emails to prospects and manage follow-ups
* Monitor and manage the team inbox to ensure all client inquiries are addressed promptly
* Identify and qualify leads
* Maintain accurate records of calls, emails, and appointments
* Communicate effectively with prospects and internal teams

Qualifications:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience in cold calling, email outreach, or sales
* Excellent phone and email etiquette
* Ability to work independently and remotely
