Marketing VA

Hey there!
I run two brands based in the U.S. — Do Good Mortgage (a mortgage company with a heart) and Do Good Recklessly (a purpose-driven merch brand focused on giving back through hats, tees, and feel-good content).

I’m looking for a Marketing Virtual Assistant who can help support both brands with content, social media, AI tools, and basic e-commerce.

???? What You'll Be Doing

Video Editing: Turn long-form videos into short-form content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)

AI Content Tools: Use tools like ChatGPT, Opus Clip, Descript, or HeyGen to create content faster

Social Media Support: Schedule posts, organize a content calendar, and reply to comments

Funnels: Help build or update simple landing pages, opt-ins, and email automations (ClickFunnels, HighLevel, or MailerLite)

Shopify Store Tasks: Add new products, upload descriptions/images, and manage navigation

Printful Integration: Sync new products, manage mockups, coordinate sample orders

Light Graphic Design: Create or repurpose graphics using Canva for social media and funnels

? You’re a Great Fit If You:

Have experience using Shopify + Printful

Know your way around AI tools like ChatGPT, Opus Clip, or Descript

Have edited content using CapCut, Descript, Canva, or similar

Are familiar with Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts

Can follow directions, communicate clearly, and meet deadlines

Have supported a creator, personal brand, or small ecom store

Part-time: 15–25 hours/week to start

Rate: $5–$7/hour USD depending on experience

Timezone: Flexible, but overlap with U.S. Pacific time is a plus

Contract Type: Long-term with potential to grow as the brand expands
