VA Product Lister – Shopify (Part-time)

Your Role

As a Product Lister, you will be responsible for importing and optimizing 3–5 new products daily via Google Sheets and Shopify. You’ll translate product information, create sizing tables from supplier data, and ensure product pages are accurate, attractive, and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities

• Import 3–5 products daily via Google Sheets and upload to Shopify.
• Translate product descriptions using Poky and DeepL, tailoring them to the local market.
• Create accurate and clear size charts based on supplier data.
• Optimize product pages to be engaging, informative, and conversion-friendly.
• Apply a solution-oriented mindset to improve workflows and product listings.

Requirements

Experience & Skills
• Proven experience in product listing and creating product pages.
• Solid knowledge of Shopify Admin and its product management features.
• Previous experience in dropshipping (understanding processes and challenges).
• Strong English communication skills (written & spoken).
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent accuracy in handling product information.
• Independent worker, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
