Hotel Sales & Outreach Specialist

Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Regional Hotel Sales & Outreach Specialist to build and nurture partnerships with hotels in the USA Miami and Fort Lauderdale area. This role focuses on presenting our unique lollipop collections as a luxury guest experience and ensuring consistent placement in hotel services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research, identify, and connect with hotels, resorts, and boutique accommodations within the designated region.

- Present our lollipop collections as premium guest amenities, suitable for room service, welcome gifts, turndown service, or special events.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with hotel managers, F&B directors, and event coordinators.

- Act as the primary point of contact between hotels and The Lollipop Studio, ensuring smooth communication and order fulfillment.

- Monitor client satisfaction and follow up regularly to ensure repeat business.

- Initially focus on Miami/Fort Lauderdale, with opportunities to expand outreach to other regions in Florida and nationwide.

Qualifications:

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to confidently present to hospitality professionals.

-Previous sales or hospitality experience preferred, ideally in food, beverage, or luxury goods.

-Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with attention to detail.

-Ability to manage multiple accounts and consistently follow up.

- Work up to 2 hours per day, 5 days per week

- Pay rate: $100USD per week
