EXCEL Master for Financial Analyst – Construction & Real Estate

We are hiring a Financial Analyst to support our construction and real estate operations. The role focuses on creating and managing construction budgets, tracking expenses, and preparing accurate financial projections across multiple companies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (Finance preferred).

3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, construction finance, or real estate.

Exceptional Excel skills — must be highly proficient in creating detailed financial reports, dashboards, and data analysis.

Strong QuickBooks and CRM reporting skills.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
